Return & Exchange Policy

At Metket LLC, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Returns/exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached, and free of damage or wear.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Digital products (e.g., downloadable content).

  • Custom/personalized orders (e.g., engraved items).

  • Gift cards.

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or purchased with a discount.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 30 days to request a return authorization (RA). Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  2. Ship Your Item: Once approved, ship the item to our fulfillment partner’s facility (address provided upon approval).

    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Include photos/videos of the issue and your order number.

  • We’ll cover return shipping and provide a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.

  • To exchange for a different size, color, or product:

    1. Return the original item (see steps above).

    2. Place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Deductions: Refunds exclude:

    • Original and return shipping costs.

    • A $7 restocking fee (or 15% of the item’s value, whichever is higher).

  • Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

Final Sale Items

  • Discounted, clearance, or custom items are final sale and cannot be returned/exchanged unless defective.

International Returns

  • Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs, customs fees, and duties.

  • Refunds will not include international shipping charges.
